At Sheer Comfort, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Return requests must be raised after 21 days and within 100 days of delivery.
  • The product must be undamaged, and free from stains or odors.
  • Original packaging and invoice must be retained.

Industry practice shows that many brands only accept returns for defects or damage.

  1. Non-Returnable Cases
    Returns will NOT be accepted if:
  • Physical damage, stains, or fabric tears are found
  • Size variation within ±1 inch is reported
  • Customer simply does not prefer the comfort level
  1. Damaged / Defective Products
  • If a wrong, damaged, or defective product is delivered, customers must report within 48 hours with photo/video proof
  • After verification, replacement or refund will be initiated
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after quality check
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  1. Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed
  1. Important Note
    Mattresses are hygiene-sensitive products therefore, returns are strictly controlled to maintain product quality standards.
