Return & Refund Policy
At Sheer Comfort, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be raised after 21 days and within 100 days of delivery.
- The product must be undamaged, and free from stains or odors.
- Original packaging and invoice must be retained.
Industry practice shows that many brands only accept returns for defects or damage.
- Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Physical damage, stains, or fabric tears are found
- Size variation within ±1 inch is reported
- Customer simply does not prefer the comfort level
- Damaged / Defective Products
- If a wrong, damaged, or defective product is delivered, customers must report within 48 hours with photo/video proof
- After verification, replacement or refund will be initiated
- Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after quality check
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed
- Important Note
Mattresses are hygiene-sensitive products therefore, returns are strictly controlled to maintain product quality standards.
